Pumpkin Pie Crust

The crust for a nice pumpkin mousse pie.

1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
5 ginger snap cookies, crushed
6 tablespoon butter, melted
4 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger, ground

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spread in at 10” pie plate. Press on the bottom and up the sides.
3. Bake at 375º 4 to 5 min and cool.
