    <directions>In a heavy bottom pan, heat ghee and milk powder, adding whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, cardamom powder, and saffron. Stir constantly on medium heat until the mixture forms into one thick mass. 
Take care not to scorch the mixture. 

Remove from stove. Leave aside to cool for approximately five minutes. 

Scoop out small portions using a teaspoon, roll these into smooth balls and press into molds for different shaped pedas or alternatively shape using mini cookie cutters.
