<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.</li>
<li>Mix butter and sugar  until fluffy. Mix in egg replacer and extracts. Add flour mixture and almonds until combined. Water can be added if the dough is too dry. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for about twenty minutes.</li>
<li>Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and press down with the palm of your hand.</li>
<li>Bake cookies on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.</li>
<li>After cookies have cooled, dust them with powdered sugar.</li>
