Instructions
In a saucepan, bring water and apricots just to a biol. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add celery, nuts, spices, and bread. Toss lightly to moisten bread and blend ingredients.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. remove lif during last 10 minutes of baking to brown the top.
