  • 1 c water
  • 1⁄2 c orange juice
  • 1⁄2 c yoghurt
  • 1 c strawberries, fresh
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 3 T agave nectar, honey, maple syrup or cane sugar

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender and offer to the Lord.
