Heat ghee in a pan and gradually stir in the flour. Fry on a slow fire until it gives out a nutty aroma. Remove from stove. Add sugar, cardamom powder, milk, and charmagaz. Mix well and turn out on a greased tray. Garnish with chopped nuts. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
