  • 1⁄2 c flour
  • 1⁄4 t baking soda
  • 1 c milk, soymilk or buttermilk
  • 1⁄4 c corn oil
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1⁄2 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 2 t almond essence
  • 1 c carob powder

Instructions

* Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
* Bake in a greased cake pan
* Offer to Krishna and share
