Cashew Date Dressing
I love this dressing, and it can be used over almost anything, from salads to vegetables and fruits.
1⁄2 cup cashew butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 date, pitted
1 tablespoon Braggs brand liquid amino acids
1⁄8 teaspoon hing
1. Make the cashew butter yourself: Soak 1 cup cashews in 1 ½ cups of water for 20 minutes; strain and blend, adding a little of the soak water.
2. Blend all ingredients.
3. Serve on top of Salad, vegetables, or fruit.
