Chikki- nut brittle
A great snack at a celebration. Chikki is a traditional Indian sweet that you make it with nuts and sugar. In India they would use jaggery which can also be made from date sugar. There are a range of traditional varieties of chikki, but you can put in them what you like best, puffed rice, shredded coconut, etc.
