Ginger Flavored Orange Squash

A cooling and refreshing drink that takes no time at all.
Summary
Ingredients
- 1 T Fresh minced ginger
- 1 c warm water
- 1⁄3 c Sugar or sweetener
- 1⁄3 c Lemon or lime juice
- 1⁄4 c Washed mint leaves
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 1⁄2 c Chilled orange juice
- 1 pn Cardomon powder
Instructions
1. Combine the ginger, warm water, sweetener, lemon juice, and mint leaves in a blender and blend for about 1 minute.
2. Stop the machine, add the ice cubes, and blend for another minute. Pour the juice through a fine strainer into a 1 ½ quart pitcher. Now add the orange juice and cardamom powder, stir well, drink.
