Sesame Lemon Asparagus
Asparagus goes well with Peddaha, as the two dishes are light yet filling at the same time.

Ingredients
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 2 lb asparagus
- 3 T olive oil
- 1⁄4 t hing
- 1⁄2 lemon
- 1⁄4 t salt
- 1⁄8 t black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash and cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
- Mix asparagus, hing, salt pepper, and olive oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Turn over, add sesame seeds and cook about 10 more minutes, until nicely browned.
- Squeeze lemon on top of asparagus.
