Blueberry Muffins
Every June in Alachua, I go blueberry picking for three or four weekends with a group of friends. It’s amazing how philosophical those hours can be. The graphic understanding that comes while accepting the Lord’s mercy in the form of wonderful fruit, allows the mind to relish the greatness of Krishna’s creativity. We pick for two or three hours, talking about life and Krishna all the while, and come home with twelve to fifteen pounds of organic blueberries.

Then we proceed to offer a beautiful array of pies, biscuits, granolas, cookies and muffins made from our bounty to all our deities.

Here’s my recipe for the muffins we make. This time, I used extra large muffin tins for a bit of fun. I hope you have fun baking them too!
