Carrot Cake Supreme

Carrot Cake SupremeCarrot Cake SupremeIn the early 1980s, I visited one of our ISKCON centers in Ohio. As I walked through the front door, my eyes fell upon a beautiful bake sale table. Many of the items had been baked by Mrs. Hodges, a relative of a resident devotee. All of her baked goods were wonderfully tasty and pleasing to the eye, but her moist and rich “Carrot Cake Supreme” caught my attention most of all. I wrote down the recipe, and have used it on various occasions since.
