The crust for a nice pumpkin mousse pie.

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 5 ginger snap cookies, crushed
- 6 T butter, melted
- 4 1⁄2 T sugar
- 1⁄2 t cinnamon, ground
- 1⁄2 t ginger, ground
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread in at 10” pie plate. Press on the bottom and up the sides.
- Bake at 375º 4 to 5 min and cool.
